The AXA Household Claims unit would like to remind you that there is a unique email address for all non-urgent claims queries:
Householdclaimssupport.ins@axa-insurance.co.uk

The claims support email address has been up and running for a year and is a quick and easy way of contacting AXA Household Claims for any non-urgent queries.

Use the email address for queries such as settlement details and any non-urgent updates on a claim.

All emails will be answered within 48 hours by an incident manager. Using this service also means:

  • You have an electronic record of all updates and queries.
  • You have more time to deal with your customers as there is no need to hold for an incident manager
  • A quicker response for urgent phone queries
